* Meeting Point – Reception.
* All trips are subject to weather conditions
* Dolphins, Manta Rays, Turtles sighting is not guaranteed, (50/50 chance) but guests get to experience the best spots at Ari Atoll.
* When guests go to Local Island, they should cover their shoulders and wear shorts or skirts no shorter than their knees.

เงื่อนไขในการรับบริการเรือ Safari Boat

- ทุกทริปจะกำหนดโดยรีสอร์ท ซึ่งขึ้นอยู่กับตารางกิจกรรมที่รีสอร์ทกำหนดในแต่ละวัน ผู้เข้าพักจะไม่สามารถกำหนดวัน, เวลาและเลือกกิจกรรมได้เอง

- เพื่อรับสิทธิ์ ผู้เข้าพักจะต้องจองและชำระเงินก่อนการเดินทางอย่างน้อย 7 วันเพื่อรับสิทธิ์ Safari Boat

- ทั้งนี้ทุกกิจกรรมจะขึ้นอยู่กับสภาพอากาศ หากไม่สามารถให้บริการได้ ทางรีสอร์ทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่คืนเงินใดๆ

• จำนวนผู้เข้าร่วมสูงสุดใน 1 ลำจะอยู่ที่ 12 ท่าน

เงื่อนไขการเข้าพัก/ CONDITIONS:

• ช่วงปกติพัก 2 คืน/ Minimum stay 2 nights
• ราคานี้ เป็นราคาต่อท่าน เดินทางเข้าพัก2 ท่าน ต่อห้อง / Price per person base on twin sharing basic.
• ราคาข้างต้นเป็นราคา ณ ปัจจุบัน หากมีโปรโมชั่นใหม่ไม่สามารถre-bookได้ 
• ราคาข้างต้นเป็นราคาตามอัตราแลกเปลี่ยน ณ ปัจจุบัน หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงของอัตราแลกเปลี่ยนในอัตราที่สูง ณ ช่วงเวลาที่ทำการจอง บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงราคา

NB: A) All the above drinks (except Mineral water) will be served by glasses. Guests are requested to sign all the Bills with amount total in 0.00, this is for accounting purpose, and there will be no charges.

Activities and services: Free excursion by slow Boat (option: Snorkeling Trip or Half Day Local Island Trip / Guests have to join any of the above-mentioned excursions available during their stay) Excursions will be based on the resort’s weekly excursion schedule. No refund will be given if the guests are not able to take part in the excursion during their stay.

Facilities and Service: Snorkeling equipment (available at the reception Lost or damaged equipment’s will be charged at cost price, All equipment should be returned 08 hours prior to departure time) Fitness Room (Gym), Table Tennis, Volley Ball, Hand Soccer, Dart and board games.

1. D) The above facilities and services are strictly for personal use of “all inclusive” Guest only, therefore those who offered to other “Non- All Inclusive” Guest will be charged at normal menu prices
2. E) All inclusive package bills will be indicated (All-Inclusive), any bills without All Inclusive mark will be automatically charged at normal menu rate, please check all your bills before the sign, as your signature authorizes all transactions.

* Please note All Inclusive package will expire 12:00 noon on your departure day.
* AI Packages is closed from early morning 00:00 hrs. – Morning 07:30 hrs. during this time all the usage will be billed and charged at menu rate

SPECIAL EVENT BENEFITS:

• Honeymooner: A Beach Dinner (subject to weather conditions), a honeymoon cocktail and bed decoration once during the stay
• Repeaters: A bottle of wine and fruit basket on arrival in the room. Candle lit dinner on the beach (food will be served from buffet) and table will be decorated.
• Wedding Anniversary: Bottle of sparkling wine will be provided.
• Birthday: Birthday cake on birthday night and bed decoration with fresh flowers once during stay

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Wedding should be no older than 9 months to entitle the Honeymoon benefits. Copy of the wedding certificate must be presented at the time of check-in.
• Minimum 3 nights required to avail the honeymoon benefits.
• Beach dinners can be arranged subject to prevailing weather conditions.
• Birthdays and Wedding Anniversary date should fall during the stay. A copy of wedding certificate is required at the time of booking to apply wedding anniversary benefits.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT:

• Check in: 14.00 hrs. (เช็คอินช่วงเช้าได้ ในกรณีมีห้องพักว่าง) /Early check-in: possible when room is available.
• Check out: 12.00 hrs.
• หากต้องการใช้ห้องพักต่อ ระหว่างเวลา00 น. ถึง 18.00 น. คิดค่าบริการ50%ของราคาห้องพัก / Day Use: 12.00 -18.00, room charge 50%.
• หากใช้ห้องพักเกิน 00 น. คิดค่าบริการ 100% ของราคาห้องพัก /Day use: over 18.00, room charge 100%.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• มากกว่า 45 วันก่อนการเดินทาง: หักค่ามัดจํา 5,000 บาทต่อท่าน / More than 45 days before arrival: cancellation charge 5,000 baht per person
• 45 - 31 วันก่อนเดินทาง: หักค่ามัดจำ 50% ของราคาห้องพักที่จองเข้าพักรวมทั้งหมด / 45 -31 days before arrival: cancellation charge 50%
• 30 วันก่อนเดินทาง: เสียค่าบริการ 100% ตามราคาห้องพักที่จองเข้าพักรวมทั้งหมด / 30 days before arrival: cancellation charge 100%.
• ยกเลิกกระทันหัน: หรือ พักไม่ครบตามที่จองไม่สามารถเรียกเงินคืนได้ / No show & early departure from the resort : charge 100%.
• ทั้งนี้บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิในการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขในกรณียกเลิกหรือแก้ไขแพ็คเกจการเดินทาง ตามความเหมาะสม โดยมิต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
